In this captivating project, alongside a team of client-side engineers, I engaged in the design and consultancy of SIMOT Factory at Payam Airport in Karaj.
Under the leadership of MED FANAVARAN PLUS Company, we managed to design a unique and modern factory in this grand project, with the utmost dedication and creativity, that complies with international standards. Through idealism and leveraging past experiences, we brought these technological and modern structures to life on the grounds of Payam Industrial Park
Active and continuous collaboration with the client’s team of engineers was the cornerstone of this project. Energetic and creative coordination sessions opened a window for us into the world of innovation and synergy. In these sessions, we not only emphasized the strengths of the project but also, through unity and attention to details, made fundamental improvements in the design
Key details, such as a distinctive approach to the HVAC system, precise temperature and air control in each unit, separately and harmoniously, constitute some of the unique achievements of this project. I designed the HVAC system in this building based on scientific standards, not only in terms of technical aspects but also considering its visual representation
Smart utilization of modern software like REVIT and the adoption of BIM technology led to the highly accurate design and ultimately the successful execution of this project. Three-dimensional drawings, along with technical and implementation details, are the results of meticulous analysis and research aimed at presenting the best solutions in this project
Furthermore, consultation and design of the fire alarm and suppression system have been meticulously coordinated in accordance with NFPA standards. The outcome of these efforts is a fully integrated and secure system from various safety aspects in this project
